If you are booking online, the scheduling system will ask for your debit card/credit card information.
If you are calling or come into our office to schedule your appointment, you will be asked for your card information to hold your appointment.

We are serious about being in the office and preparing for YOUR appointment. Please be serious about your intentions before scheduling.
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing more than a 48 hour notice, we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This means our other clients who are serious about receiving massage treatments miss the chance to receive the services they need. For this reason, if you cancel an appointment within the 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
If a card is not on file, payment will be required for the missed appointment along with a pre-payment for the new appointment, before the therapist will accept your appointment. No refunds, no exceptions, for any and all reasons.

A Late Cancellation costs our therapists their time, loss of income, and kept another client from having that spot. We understand that emergencies can arise and illness does occur at inopportune times. IF you have a FEVER, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, we REQUEST THAT YOU CANCEL your appointment.
Inclement weather may also result in the need for cancellations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if we are closing or need to cancel due to bad weather, illnesses, or emergencies, and we ask you to do the same. Please DO NOT risk your own safety trying to make it to your appointment.
Late cancellations due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed appointment charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Not showing up for an appointment without proper notification will result in an AUTOMATIC 100% of service fee, and a strike. No exceptions.

We request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork as well as answer any intake questions your therapist may have.
We understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you call to inform us if this ever occurs so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Appointment times are reserved for each client. So oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in a loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. 100% of service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.
Please keep in mind the time you schedule for is when you should be on the table starting your massage, not to walk through the office door. For example: If your appointment is at 1:00pm, that means you should be on the table and your therapist is starting your session at that time, in order for you to receive your full session time. If you do not show up until 1:00pm and still have to talk to the therapist, use the restroom, and undress, that cuts into your session time and your massage will be shortened.
We will do our best to be on time, and if we are unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for OUR late arrival or adjust the service charge accordingly.

We have state licensed professionals in our office, NOT prostitutes! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL COMPONENT TO ANY AND ALL SERVICES OFFERED IN OUR OFFICE WHATSOEVER.
Any insinuations, jokes, gestures, advances, touching, moaning, staring, or requests otherwise will result in immediate termination of your appointment and a refusal of ANY and ALL services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your appointment. Depending on the behavior exhibited we may also file a report with the local authorities, if necessary.
Treat your licensed professional with respect and dignity, and you will be treated the same in return.
Our office reserves the right to refuse service(s) to anyone abusing these services. Please see the list below to help determine what may ban you from our office and services.
If you get a strike for violating a policy, (Late Cancellation, No-Show, or No Call), you will be required to pre-pay for your appointment before the professional will accept your appointment, and pay for any missed sessions that violated one or more of our policies. No exceptions. No refunds. For ANY and ALL reasons. Please be sure, before scheduling, that you will be able to arrive for your appointment. There will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The professional will inform you if you received a strike, list the reason(s), and ask you to read the office policies. Payment(s) will be expected before the professional accepts your appointment.
The professional reserves the right to determine if this policy needs to be continually enforced, and if an office ban becomes necessary. That will be based on the clients reliability. We understand things happen.
Excel Massage is a professional office serving our local communities who are looking for professional services from our qualified and state licensed professionals.
While it is our hope we will not have to enforce any of our office policies, it has become appropriate and necessary to implement due to continual problems. We appreciate your understanding.
