Alana (rhymes with banana), studied massage therapy in Spokane, WA, and graduated in 2008. Shortly after, she started to work in a busy chiropractic office with two doctors and six other therapists on staff.
Alana moved to the Twin Falls area in 2014 and continued her work as a therapist. She strongly believes that the body is designed to heal itself and witnesses it often.
Alana is a healer first and foremost, and focuses her work as such. She specializes in neuromuscular therapy, focusing on deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, medical massage, and PNF stretching. She has great success working with those who have various sorts of discomfort and pain, whether it's from accidents and injuries or everyday living with chronic or acute conditions. She also practices pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage, aromatherapy, and Swedish massage.
Alana recognizes that it's a team effort between her and her clients, to achieve the desired goals. Her focus is on assisting them with their healing process. She doesn't just offer relief to her clients, but long term results. Her goal is to help truly heal the body, so clients can come in when they want to, not need to. Every session is customized to their needs.
Alana loves being a massage therapist and is very passionate about it. She spends her spare time with her family. She loves the outdoors and walking every morning with her pups.
