The frequency of your massage sessions will depend on your individual needs and preferences. Some clients come in weekly, while others come in monthly or as needed.
We are open Mondays - Fridays from 9am to 5:30pm, typically.
Saturdays - Only by request and only if the therapist(s) agrees to do a session for an additional fee of $20 with the individual therapist, and $40 for couples massages.
While we understand these hours may not be convenient for some people, our therapists can not and will not be available 24/7. They are already working 5 days per week and typically 6-7 hours per day when they are in the office.
Our therapists would greatly appreciate it if you did all you could to schedule a session during the week, and not the weekend, so they have some down time to rest and recoup, and have time with their family. Thank you for your help and understanding.
We kindly ask you to find another office that will accommodate your time frame vs. asking our therapists to do more if the above schedule doesn't work for you.
Yes, we offer couples massage sessions in a private room where you and your partner can enjoy a relaxing massage together or in separate rooms. Please go here for more information, couples massage.

Amazing! That is our hope each time you get off the massage table. Although, it is not uncommon to have some soreness afterwards or the next day. Some people will feel a little sick if they do not drink enough water after a massage. To avoid soreness or feeling sick we recommend drinking lots of water, going for a 10 minute walk, and light stretching just before bed.
There are so many benefits of massage to list! Some of the general benefits that you get with all massage types is increased blood flow, decreased stress, and increased mobility.
